Founded to serve New Braunfels and surrounding areas, our commitment is to provide accessible, professional, and nonjudgmental care delivered with dignity and respect. Through in-home supportive nursing intervention and medical-grade nail care, we can help individuals who may struggle to access these services elsewhere.

As a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience, I’ve always believed that respect, compassion, and a strong work ethic are the foundation of excellent care. I started Solid Foundations RN Care with the sincere hope that our services not only meet in home medical needs—but also help clients feel genuinely supported, informed, and prepared for the challenges they may face.
