Solid Foundations RN Care, PLLC provides non-emergent, client-centered services delivered by a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) within the Texas Board of Nursing Scope of Practice. We do not diagnose, prescribe, initiate medical or podiatric treatment plans, or replace the care of a licensed medical provider.

At Solid Foundations RN Care the intake process includes the completion of consents, client agreements, access to your physician's orders, and treatment plan. A client/patient-provider relationship is not established until the intake process is completed and the company confirms acceptance for services.
